A letter from mymolecules

The era of adaptive nutrition

Hi,

We built mymolecules because nutrition shapes almost every part of daily life: how you feel, how you perform, how you recover and how you age.

And yet, most tools people use today still treat the human body like a standardized machine. Count calories. Hit macros. Follow the plan. That can be useful, but it is not enough.

Your body is not static, and it never was.

The same meal that works well on Monday can feel wrong on Friday. Poor sleep can change how you metabolize food. Training load can shift what your body needs. Stress can affect digestion, appetite and gut sensitivity. Hormonal fluctuations across the cycle can change how the body responds to carbohydrates, fats, micronutrients and energy needs.

Your biology today is not the same as your biology last week.

Nutrition that ignores this context is not truly personal. It is guesswork with better packaging.

Every meal is a biochemical event. Thousands of food molecules enter a body in its current state: its recovery status, stress signals, digestive sensitivity, activity level, metabolic rhythm and hormonal phase. These molecules do not act in isolation. They interact with you, in that specific moment.

That interaction is personal. It is contextual. And it changes.

mymolecules is designed to understand this connection. We map food at the molecular level and connect it with real-life signals such as meals, symptoms, digestion, sleep, activity, heart rate variability, modeled glucose dynamics and hormonal patterns across the cycle. Over time, this can help reveal patterns that are difficult to see on your own: which meals stabilize you, which ones make you tired, which combinations support your digestion, which foods may become harder to tolerate when your resilience is low, and which choices fit your current state better than others.

This is not medical diagnosis. It is metabolic self-knowledge.

mymolecules is a personal intelligence layer for everyday life. It helps you understand your body more clearly and make better food decisions in real situations. Not only when you ask:

  • What should I cook today?
  • What should I buy?
  • What should I avoid for now?

But also when the questions become more personal, more contextual and more real:

  • I did not sleep well last night. What would help me get through the day?
  • I am standing in the cafeteria right now. What fits me best here?
  • I am craving sugar and feeling stressed today. What is my body actually asking for?
  • I have an important meeting in two hours. What should I eat or avoid right now?
  • I feel bloated depending on my cycle. What does my body need more of today?

We see mymolecules as part of a larger shift: from generic nutrition advice to adaptive nutrition that changes with you. At home, in the supermarket, in restaurants, in cafeterias, around training and recovery, and eventually across prevention and digital health.

The future of nutrition will not be a fixed plan you follow. It will be a system that follows you.

Personal. Contextual. Adaptive.

That is the world we are building.
